Renascent were appointed to undertake the strip-out and fitout of the existing HSBC tenancy which remained in occupation throughout the works. To facilitate these occupied environment works, Renascent developed a 2 stage construction strategy to mitigate impacts to HSBC operations and undertook the entire project scope out of hours. The scope involved the creation of high spec front of house area including waiting area and client meeting rooms as well as a dual-purpose breakout space for day to day staff amenity and special function space. Additionally, a new back of house office area was created with high end workstation systems and support spaces including meeting and focus rooms, utilities, wellness room as well a new communications room with fibre links to the ground floor HSBC Banking Branch.
In order to keep the Sydney based project design and project management team well informed Renascent provided in depth weekly reporting inclusive of financial reports, status program, risk identification and mitigation tables and progress photos to ensure all key stakeholders were kept up to date. Our cloud-based operating system ‘Procore’ was used for the delivery of RFIs and submittals and was pivotal in the fast flow of information between the project team.
