RMIT University Building 108 L13 Fitout - Melbourne

RMIT wanted to provide improved student spaces that matched the calibre of the university. The vision was for flexible collaboration spaces, that allowed students to work in diverse ways and meet a range of study requirements.

This flexibility was achieved with operable walls designed for activity-based working, as well as group collaboration spaces, booths and focus rooms.

These works needed both a high-quality finish to create an inspiring space, whilst also maintaining a clear budget. The Renascent team were creative with materials used, making subsitions to gain the best value with compromising the overall look and feel.  

The project team also concurrently completed a back-to-base make good for level 14.
