Mercy Connect offers a wide range of services to help children and adults with disabilities live independently and participate more actively in the community. Among these services is Specialist Disability Accommodation, which provides modern living spaces tailored to the needs of NDIS participants.
Mercy Connect engaged Renascent’s Regional NSW team to construct four new specialist disability houses and a social pavilion on a greenfield site in Orange. These state-of-the-art facilities were thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of future residents, offering welcoming and functional spaces both inside and out.
The development was created with a strong focus on fostering a sense of community and dignity for its users.
Ensuring a high-quality finish and strict adherence to NDIS requirements were top priorities throughout the construction process.Key hold points were strategically programmed into the build to allow for external inspections at critical stages.
The project was a resounding success, and the new residents are now enjoying their beautifully crafted homes.
