Andrew has been with Renascent for 20 years and leads the business operations team, ensuring continual smooth running of our business nationally. Contributing to the successful delivery of numerous projects across Australia, he has the experience to manage any challenge, and does so with composure and support.

Michael has over 35 years of experience with a successful track record overseeing large complex businesses. His strong background in finance is supported by extensive experience in commercial management, product management, supply chain, sales management and forecasting.

Jack is a seasoned business development leader with two decades in the construction industry and a deep understanding of the challenges both customers and builders face. He works with clients to drive collaboration and deliver better project outcomes by drawing on insights gained from working on both sides of the contract and consulting on major deals in numerous industries.

Jennifer is a people focused leader who believes if you provide the right balance for your employees, you end up tipping the scales towards success. Jennifer’s strength is her ability to build deeper relationships. A genuine care for those around her and positive outlook ensures HR’s focus on employee engagement, inclusivity and a positive work culture is continuously cultivated.

David manages our HSEQ systems and processes with genuine care and a passion to make a difference. With deep commitment to keeping all of our staff and site workers safe, he prioritises wellbeing through proactive leadership and drives our safety record with continual process improvement.

Highly-motivated and results orientated, Rob leads our Orange business. Growing up in Orange, Rob has a deep understanding of the region and strong relationships with local suppliers. His broad experience has also seen him manage complex and challenging projects, and build strong, collaborative relationships.

With 20 years’ experience, Beaumont is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and customer experience of our Perth branch. He’s passionate about putting customers at the heart of everything he does and has a steadfast dedication to delivering projects right first time, every time. A sous chef in a former life, Beaumont is skilled at managing multiple projects, with clear and open communications.

With over two decades of expertise, Peter excels in managing diverse projects from new builds to heritage restorations in healthcare, retail, and education. Renowned for leading teams to excellence, he adeptly navigates project challenges, ensuring seamless progress with a focus on risk management and stakeholder engagement.

With over 30 years of industry knowledge, Scott leads a highly motivated, award winning team of experienced individuals in Canberra. His strategy coupled with strong technical aptitude and clear communication, successfully delivers on a variety of complex projects. He adopts a customer-centric approach with an in-depth understanding of secure, compliant project delivery, spanning various sectors including Defence, Federal and Local Government.

Matt brings end-to-end construction leadership experience, having progressed from trade through to senior pre-construction and construction management roles. He joins Renascent with a strong track record across commercial fitout, retirement, education, industrial and multi-residential projects, including major refurbishments and developments up to $250M. A people-focused leader, Matt is passionate about building strong teams and delivering sustainable growth. As a Brisbane local, his deep market knowledge and established industry relationships play a key role in strengthening Renascent’s Queensland presence.

A people led manager, David brings a vast range of experience to our Melbourne team. Along with providing our clients with open, timely and accurate communication, David provides guidance to the whole Victorian business. He ensures his team are always striving to achieve the best possible outcomes, whilst enjoying the process.

Saskia is a highly skilled Interior Architect with over 20 years' experience in architecture, interior design, and construction across Australia and the APAC region. Renowned for her unwavering commitment to design excellence, she combines her expertise in the built environment with strong project and brand management capabilities. Saskia excels in streamlining the design process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring exceptional outcomes. Her strengths in organisation, budgeting, and time management enable her to consistently achieve optimal results for clients.

Michael excels at developing and mentoring project teams, as a proven team leader he prides himself on being able to cohesively bring together the project group and align with its project goals and ambitions.
