The Melbourne team have delivered premium fitout works at Space&Co.’s new signature location on levels 10 and 11 at 550 Bourke St, Melbourne
In partnership with Turner & Townsend Project Management, we worked closely with BVN and Norman Disney & Young, to transform levels 10 and 11 into a bespoke, market-leading flexible workspace.
Knowing that design and brand were central to the brief, Renascent went above and beyond through appointing a dedicated Quality Assurance Lead and Design Manager to oversee delivery.
A pavilion kitchen, curved walls, interconnecting stairs and library ZEN space were just some of the featured elements within this incredible space.
Works included:
- Private offices
- Collaboration spaces and workshop room
- Individual focus rooms and managed studios
- A library ZEN space
- Meeting rooms
- Members’ kitchen and lounge
- Intricate architectural joinery
- Timber feature walls
The team developed an innovative approach to delivering the desired polished concrete floor finish throughout the space.
Noise restrictions at 550 Bourke were a challenge and the team managed this constraint by holding daily programming catch ups and ensuring contractors were committed to the agreed approach.
Value Management was achieved by securing $890K in savings, while still delivering on the agreed completion date.
The client has been delighted with Renascent’s approach throughout the project.
What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
