Renascent delivered fitout works for the stunning new Johnson Winter Slattery office, located in Sydney’s prestigious Quay Quarter Tower (QQT).

Taking place across two levels, the centrepiece of the new office suite is a modern, comfortable and state-of-the art front of house reception area and communal semi-commercial café space to facilitate informal meetings and collaboration. A series of seminar rooms have been designed to open up to a Town Hall room for larger gatherings, set against the backdrop of QQTs breathtaking Sydney Harbour views.

A circular stairwell leads up to level 15 where offices, meeting rooms and open area workspaces enjoy ample natural light. New joinery and furnishings in natural and modern tones compliment the ambient and elegant design aesthetic.

Works were conducted in a live environment with over 65,000m2 of fitout works occurring across QQT at the time of the project.

The team achieved height access to an atrium ceiling via scaffold in two stages. This mitigated any risk to program delays and allowed works to continue on schedule.

The success of this project builds on the great relationship Renascent has developed with JWS nationally.

The program was delivered on time and budget with the client relocating and operating prior to Christmas as anticipated.
