The overall result is excellent. David Gyngell visited site twice during the last ten days of the fitout and was openly complimentary of the work. The team was a pleasure to deal with and the work site was kept spotlessly clean throughout the work, a critical factor when working within operational areas.

Renascent completed the build in record time; their dedication to the project was second to none. All staff were highly organised and met every milestone. Everything they did was in a skilled and proficient manner and this has resulted in a high-quality fitout.

Renascent provided a genuinely collaborative environment between the site team and the ABC staff who continued to work and broadcast from the radio station throughout the project. A well-managed assignment that resulted in a fantastic new asset for the ABC and a very happy client.

The project certainly involved numerous levels of difficulty, however, the commitment and drive by the delivery team has been appreciated throughout the process. I extend my praise to the Renascent team; Ben Stanbury, Ben Stupkin and Jason Valastro for their efforts.

Renascent’s pragmatic approach from senior management through to site supervision enabled the project to comfortably achieve its program and quality tolerances and deliver an extremely innovative and modern workplace for the future.
