Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV) Office Refurbishment

The Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV) is the legislative peak body for local government in Victoria.

Our Melbourne team was delighted to be engaged by MAV to deliver their custom new office refurbishment in East Melbourne.

The design features a warm colour palette paired with timber elements, providing an appealing juxtaposition against the lighter open plan workstations areas.

Works included:

• new front-of-house reception area
• offices
• meeting rooms
• boardroom and training room
• AV installation
• kitchen
• members' lounge

Breakout areas are located throughout the space for both formal and informal networking.

Our team met all requirements related to noise restrictions, and also effectively managed access to the loading dock and shared areas with other builders on-site.

As per the client’s request, the Comms room was handed over 2 weeks in advance, to allow the client’s IT team to prepare for the team’s relocation to the new space.

Value Engineering and long lead times resulted in the successful delivery of works within the allocated budget and timeframe.

The client is very happy with the final result.
