Renascent was proudly engaged to deliver Stage 2 of the Macquarie Home Stay accommodation precinct in Dubbo – a purpose-built facility designed to support individuals and families travelling from rural and remote communities to access medical care in Dubbo

Stage 2 comprises a 26-room accommodation building with shared communal kitchen and laundry spaces, directly connected to the existing, operational Stage 1 facility. With liveability front of mind, our team worked closely with the client throughout the project to ensure every design and construction decision aligned with their vision of comfort, dignity, and homeliness.

Macquarie Home Stay provides much-needed support for those navigating medical and hospital treatment far from home. With this purpose in mind, our team ensured the client's voice remained at the centre of every stage of delivery.

The client has praised our flexibility and commitment to minimising disruption — allowing the facility to open and deliver services without delay.
