Avant Mutual Office Fitout - Sydney

Avant Mutal wished to create a fitout that supports their business today, whilst remaining flexile to evolve with the company. The workplace needed to enable flexibility and diversity in work styles, whilst integrating new technologies seamlessly.

The project consisted of the construction of an open plan environment across four levels with the capacity of up to 380 staff members, in an agile working environment.

The scope of works included:

• Upgrade of base build bathrooms and lift lobbies
• Construction of a void penetration for a detailed interconnecting stair and social hub areas with booths
• Formal mediation room and members area for medical professionals
• Collaboration spaces
• Significant acoustic treatment due to the sensitive nature of the medical and legal profession
• Implementation of audio visual technology throughout.

The finished project delivered an inspiring and vibrant space, encouraging collaboration and allowing employees to share their expertise, accelerate learning and mentoring.

The design demonstrates excellence whist maintaining a responsible approach, focusing on the functionality and efficiency for the benefit of their members.
