This high-end project comprised complete fitout works for Dell Technologies’ new Sydney office.
Spanning five floors, works included:
- dedicated concierge and Customer Solution Centre
- an Experience Theatre where customers can interact with Dell products and solutions, and engage with product consultants
- training facilities
- breakout spaces and meeting rooms
- open plan work areas with key design elements throughout
- services back-up with generator and storage areas
- equipment room and telecommunications room
Central to this work was the installation of three data centres including cooling infrastructure.
A new interconnecting staircase between levels 1-5 was designed to facilitate connection and collaboration between the spaces.
With stakeholders located in China, Malaysia, USA and Australia, the team ensured all parties were kept informed throughout the project, as required.
The project has been a success and has resulted in Renascent being engaged to deliver additional works for Dell in Melbourne.
