Renascent have been engaged by Facilitate Corporation and Squire Patton Boggs law firm to deliver a premium fitout for their new premises on Level 11 of the Brookfield asset, Tower 1.

Our fitout of the existing warm shell space includes:

  • Partitioning and the creation of new offices
  • Feature panelling
  • Feature ceilings
  • Integrated storage and workstations
  • Creation of a Town Hall space for social functions and large meetings
  • Integrated AV and IT solutions
