Renascent was engaged by Investa and TSA Management to deliver a stylish upgrade to the ground floor lobby and Level 1 Mezzanine at420 George St, Sydney.
This premium tower, designed by Bates Smart, provides an optimal business and work environment for tenants, delivering high-quality office accommodation and amenities with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and design.
Works included:
- the activation of the ground floor space through reconfiguration
- relocation of the concierge desk
- kitchen reheat installation
- ground floor café
- stone floor and wall installation
- custom joinery
With the building remaining operational throughout the construction phase, it was critical to the building owners that the works had minimal impact on their tenants and visitors.
We developed a detailed methodology and approach to managing this, with a particular focus on segregation of our works ensuring no visibility of construction work zones to tenants and visitors. This included a detailed hoarding placement and staging strategy.
Applying a consultative and collaborative approach, our team used 2-weekly lookahead reports to communicate all upcoming works to tenants and key stakeholders.
What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
