The Scone TAFE Connected Learning Centre (CLC) was built as part of a state-wide roll out of digitally enabled flexible learning facilities for rural centres. The new educational space has delivered greater accessibility to TAFE services to theScone community. With a wider range of courses available through an interactive and multi-purposed learning space, these new resources are invaluable to the local area.
The full scope of works delivered by Renascent included:
- Demolition of existing shed
- Storage tanks and contaminated ground remediation
- New Facility built around a structural steel frame with external cladding
- Flexible learning areas with stacking glazed partitions
- State of the art Audio Visual Equipment
- New Carparking
- Landscaping
- Outdoor Learning Areas.
