Renascent Regional were engaged to construct a prestigious 21 room Boutique Hotel in the heart of Orange NSW.

The project involved alterations and additions to the existing 2-storey heritage dwelling that included two guest suites, a commercial kitchen and breakfast area. The site had strict heritage construction requirements and was also surrounded by further heritage listed dwellings. These challenges meant the team had to take extra care with their methodology.

In addition to the heritage scope, the works also included as major extension to the rear of the existing building. This was constructed over three levels and included 19 guest rooms, a plant room, storage areas, reception, main lounge, and conference rooms.

The extension also required external works, which included a new access road, 27 car spaces, a new driveway and significant hard and soft landscape works.
