An international sports brand, ASICS needed a space that matched their world-class products. This mixed-used project featured both a fun and interactive retail space, along with a high-end and collaborative office space for the head-office team.
Based in Marsden Park Sydney, it involved the fitout of both a two-level office/commercial space, alongside a large retail outlet store. The building was constructed by Richard Crookes Constructions with Renascent undertaking the fitout of the 2-floor office and retail area.
The new space included the following features:
- A dedicated ground floor reception
- Office and open workspaces on floor one
- Product development and studio space
- A breakout, coffee bar, kitchen space, gym area, VIP facilities including a lounge and bar
- Warehouse messing facilities
- Interconnecting stairs allowing connection and collaboration across all areas of ASICS
- Main entry floor including front of house areas and formal meeting spaces on ground level
- A retail store with key target market areas and specialised finishes to suit.
