Renascent was engaged to refurbish Cummins’ existing offices, transforming their original fitout into a modern, high-functioning workspace. Located across the Ground Floor and Level 1, the project involved major strip-out works, updated floorplans, and the installation of upgraded services — all delivered in a live environment to avoid disrupting daily operations.
Our Approach
Working closely with Cummins, the project was delivered through a carefully staged program. Full-height hoardings were installed for safety and separation, while ongoing weekly walkthroughs and detailed twice-weekly updates kept the client informed. We also facilitated workshops and planning sessions with Cummins and their nominated vendors to streamline delivery.

Outcome
