Renascent was engaged by LGS (Local Government Super) to undertake the expansion and upgrade of the ‘Bridge Plaza’ Shopping Centre in Batemans Bay NSW.

All project works were undertaken in a live environment and operating primarily within the existing Bridge Plaza shopping centre, which included the surrounding retail stores, motels and carpark areas, that share adjoining boundaries.

Project works included:

• Construction of a five-storey steel turret structure to the existing southwest entry point
• Demolition and refurbishment to the majority of the two-storey motel
• Refurbishment of the existing ground floor into retail Construction of an additional 80 car spaces, including covering shade structures
• The refurbishment and remodelling of an existing heritage building.
