Gaggenau Showroom - Sydney

We began this project with a clear objective: to exceed expectations in quality, detailing and budget.

This sophisticated space showcases four ultra-high-end demonstration kitchens, inviting lounge areas, an elegant wine bar, and a feature courtyard adorned with a living Japanese maple tree. The heart of the showroom integrates audio-visual elements, lighting, scent, and a bespoke display encapsulating ‘The Gaggenau Difference.’

Latent conditions within the existing slab and courtyard earthworks brought forth surprises demanding meticulous planning and costeffective solutions. The Renascent team expertly managed these and other challenges, including proximity to residential neighbours, collaboration with international stakeholders, and navigating bustling inner-city streets for access.
