Hotels Combined Office Fitout - Sydney

A two-floor, high-end office fitout for Hotels Combined, this transformation featured a range of hospitality inspired spaces and involved the modification of base building services, along with fully integrated AV systems throughout the meeting rooms and multifunction spaces.

Key features of the design incorporated environmental and travel themed graphics reflecting the company’s branding and integrating a “Hotel experience” into the design. This was further enhanced with the addition of the new themed "Drinks Combined" bar.

Following the identification of ACM [Asbestos-Containing Material] under the EOT slab, Renascent provided options to remove or redesign the works, mitigating potential delays and completing the works within the original programme dates.
