Renascent has partnered with Cushman & Wakefield and Gensler Australia to deliver a state-of-the-art fitout for a leading financial services company ahead of their Sydney office relocation.

In collaboration with their USA-based headquarters, Renascent ensured the project met the client’s global standards in the areas of design, technology and security.

• Installation of external façade louvre

Working within a live environment, the team ensured compliance with noise restrictions through early commencement of working hours.

Green Star accreditation was achieved, reflecting the client’s commitment to sustainability.

Careful planning for the complex installation of the external air louvre ensured no impact on meeting the program schedule.

Cost-effective solutions were provided to address flooring and base building defects, with value engineering implemented across the complete scope of works.

The early hand-over of the comms room allowed relocation to the new space as required.
