The Melbourne team has successfully completed premium fit-out works for our repeat client GPT Space&Co’s new flexible workspace on Levels 2 and 3, 530 Collins Street, in the heart of Melbourne.

Renascent delivered a design and construct (D&C) project that transformed two levels into a state-of-the-art, flexible workspace, catering to Melbourne's growing demand for shared and adaptable office spaces.

The fitout demonstrated tangible economic, environmental, and social benefits, aligning with the Greenstar targets set at its inception.

Operating within a live environment, our team managed complexities such as stakeholder coordination and height access with strategic planning and daily programming reviews. The early handover of critical areas, including the comms room, ensured seamless progress and minimal disruption. Noise restrictions within the bustling CBD location were successfully managed through daily programming catch-ups and close collaboration with contractors.
