The IAG Perth project involved delivery of a premium interior design concept alongside major structural refurbishments. Spanning across 3 levels, each newly fitted floor required an interconnecting stairwell to be cut in and constructed at each east and west wing. Under a live environment and highly secured setting, this project saw several challenges met and successfully managed by our team.

The project achieved practical completion and remained true to budget. Our team worked closely with the client and superintendent to deliver:

• Feasibility and investigation works through an ECI model
• Design, scoping and procurement
• Peer review and a streamlined approvals process.

The project also took part in the GreenChair environmental initiative, a program designed to reduce construction waste and carbon emissions from building activity. In collaboration with GreenChair and IAG, Renascent were able to achieve a 55% reuse rate on building waste such as furniture, whitegoods and electronics, saving 16,296kg from being deposited in to landfill.
