Cremorne Office Fitout

Renascent was engaged to deliver a three-level fitout in Cremorne, Melbourne, comprising two distinct briefs tailored to the needs of different tenants.

Levels 1 and 2 were transformed into a refined co-working environment, incorporating private offices, dedicated meeting rooms, communal spaces, a golf simulator, and a striking feature staircase. Level 5 featured premium finishes, bespoke wall panelling and joinery, new office and meeting zones, and a central breakout area.

Each space was thoughtfully designed and executed to reflect the unique identity and operational requirements of its end users.

Leveraging deep sector knowledge and proven processes, we successfully delivered within a tight programme. Close coordination with multiple stakeholders helped us navigate a challenging site and ensured seamless integration of services, all while maintaining the design vision across every level.
