With a vision to reposition their recently acquired commercial asset, building owner Sentinel engaged Renascent to deliver one of the first upgrades within the property, a premium End-of-Trip (EOT) facility designed to enhance everyday convenience for tenants and support active commuting.

The scope included the construction of modern change rooms, showers, and secure parking for bikes and scooters, all integrated into the existing building with minimal disruption.

A Vision Built for the Modern Commuter

Every detail mattered, from finishes and lighting to layout and amenity. Our role was to protect the integrity of the design while ensuring smooth coordination on-site in a live environment, where other head contractors were also delivering concurrent works.

Our project team worked to a strict programme, with subcontractors operating on accelerated schedules to ensure timelines were met without compromise to quality. The focus remained on delivering excellence within the brief, ensuring a smooth rollout from concept to completion.

A Seamless Outcome

The finished facility is clean, refined, and perfectly functional, a space that sets a new tone for the building while offering practical daily value for tenants. The project has already led to further opportunities, with Sentinel inviting Renascent to tender for upcoming upgrades within the property.

This project represents more than just a functional upgrade, it signals the beginning of a broader repositioning journey for the building, and we’re proud to be a trusted part of that transformation.
