Located in the heart of the commercial hub of North Sydney, the 54 Miller Street refurbishment project transformed this building into a modern, high-spec office space. Appointed by AEW and CBRE, Renascent worked across both the ECI and Design and Construct stages.

The team’s involvement initially included the preparation of consultant contracts, project budget and programme, before undertaking the following works:

  • Façade and lobby upgrade, including lift upgrades.
  • A new end-of-trip facility with designated bike storage.
  • Base building services to the rooftop, plant room, main switch room, and basement. This included an upgrade to electricals, fire services, and external risers.
  • External façade works, including exposed render repair and the replacement of the building’s existing cladding.

These works were also undertaken with tenants still occupying the building, a complexity managed through a comprehensive methodology and planning.

Further to this the team delivered speculative fitouts for both levels 4 and 6 to attract new tenants to the building.
