Renascent was engaged to deliver a high-end fit-out for Moody’s at 1 Martin Place, Sydney. The project transformed a warm shell into a bespoke, future-focused workspace that aligns with Moody’s global standards for quality, functionality, and innovation.

The project included full services integration into the base building, bespoke timber wall cladding, feature ceilings, custom joinery, a feature green wall, and thoughtfully designed breakout spaces. The client’s priorities were clear, delivering to program and budget, with uncompromising quality and a smooth operational transition.

Working within a live environment, our team managed complex services validation, AV integration, and overcame structural challenges with tailored hydraulic redesigns. We facilitated early handover of the comms room six weeks ahead of completion to support Moody’s “Go Live” timeline, alongside coordinating multiple client-contracted vendors, including AV and commissioned artists.

Value engineering, rigorous quality hold points, and proactive stakeholder engagement were key to the project’s success.
