Renascent was proud to partner with St John WA to deliver a full refurbishment of their Belmont site, a project that not only modernised the facility but enhanced its operational efficiency and public presence.
St John WA required a major upgrade to support their growing needs and reflect their critical role in providing emergency and community services across Western Australia. The refurbishment included extensive demolition, structural upgrades, and a high-end fit-out across two floors of their Belmont facility.
The Ground Floor was transformed into a public-facing space featuring a new first aid shop, café, presentation areas, and a purpose-built St John Ambulance Museum, which now proudly showcases the organisation’s history and legacy.
The First Floor was redesigned to create a more efficient and welcoming workspace, complete with open-plan offices, formal meeting rooms, and breakout areas to support collaboration and wellbeing among staff.

The project was delivered on time and within budget, with zero disruption to St John WA’s critical 000 operations. The successful delivery and collaborative approach led to strong client satisfaction and the awarding of additional project stages.
