Charter Hall, in collaboration with FMX, engaged Renascent to refurbish the male and female End-of-Trip facilities and deliver upgrades to the ground floor and mezzanine lobbies at No.1 Martin Place, Sydney.
Positioned in one of Sydney’s most prominent CBD addresses and adjoining the Fullerton Hotel, the works were undertaken in alive environment requiring careful planning and execution to minimise disruption to tenants and stakeholders.
The project was staged across eight zones, with noisy and disruptive works confined to weekends and after hours. Stakeholder communication was central to our methodology, fortnightly forecasts and staging mark-ups were provided to all tenants and the PCG team, ensuring clarity and confidence at every stage.
· Live Environment: Works in lobbies and EOT facilities were undertaken behind staged hoardings, with careful sequencing to maintain fire escapes, corridors, and access for building users at all times.
· External Stakeholder Sensitivity: The Fullerton Hotel’s operational requirements meant noisy works were continually rescheduled to minimise disruption, reflecting our responsive and solutions-driven delivery.
The project was delivered to a high standard, maintaining budget focus and quality outcomes. Charter Hall praised the collaborativeapproach, strong communication, and the quality of finish.
