Marketing Coordinator

The Role.

Weare seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator with exceptional attention todetail to help drive the execution of Renascent’s brand through comprehensive marketingand communication strategies across all platforms. This fast-paced rolerequires coordination with various team members and departments, along withexternal contractors, to ensure successful implementation of marketing andcommunications. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and uphold the Renascent brand across all mediums and ensure content is updated consistently.
  • Develop and deliver creative marketing and comms emphasising quality, innovation, and brand pillars.
  • Manage and expand Renascent's social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Research and reporting, monitoring website, socials, enquiries, campaigns, and ROI across all mediums.
  • Strategic planning identifying opportunities and maximising brand awareness across target markets for each sector.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across mediums, including websites, blogs, articles, presentations, signage, etc.
  • Prepare and design marketing collateral and templates for bids teams.
  • General invitations and events collateral for internal and external events.
  • Planning and co-ordination of project related marketing during key milestones and on completion.  
  • Organising marketing collateral such as content, photography, tenders, project marketing, onsite signage and PPE.
  • Collaborating with project teams to produce regular construction updates, interviews, testimonials and case studies.
  • General ad hoc marketing support for internal departments as requested.

The ideal candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years marketing experience in a similar role within the construction or property industry.
  • Experience in graphic design is required, a qualification is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in public communications and social media management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Capable of managing multiple deadlines to ensure advertising content is produced, approved and placed on the applicable portal.
