Renascent partnered with Randstad Australia to deliver the consolidation of their Melbourne CBD office, bringing together all teams on a single floor and integrating Aurec into a unified workplace. Initially engaged under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model, the project successfully transitioned into a Construction Management (CM) delivery under a lump sum agreement.
Randstad sought to streamline operations by consolidating multiple office locations into one central CBD site. The new workspace aimed to support collaboration, connectivity, and cultural alignment following the integration of Aurec.
Key Design Features
The fitout incorporated enhanced acoustic treatments to promote focused and collaborative work zones, alongside architecturally distinctive curved partition walls that added both complexity and visual interest to the build.
Throughout the ECI phase, Renascent worked closely with the client and design team to deliver buildable, cost-effective solutions.
Renascent proactively engaged with the building’s facilities manager to align on remediation and clarify ongoing maintenance responsibilities. This early communication avoided potential delays and ensured long-term flooring performance.
The project was completed on time and within the agreed lump sum budget. Randstad expressed strong satisfaction with the result, providing positive feedback on the quality, communication, and delivery approach.
