Renascent was engaged by Autosports Group to deliver the refurbishment and upgrade of the existing Mornington BMW dealership at 181 Mornington-Tyabb Road, Mornington.

Delivered by our Melbourne team through an ECI and D&C model, the project involved heavy internal and external refurbishment across approximately 1,700m². Works included a delivery bay extension, upgrades to associated site infrastructure, services-heavy improvements and customer-facing areas aligned with BMW Australia Corporate Identity standards.

The dealership remained operational during the works, requiring a staged construction methodology, detailed programming and close coordination with stakeholders. Renascent managed key interfaces between existing  structures and new works, planned services cutovers, undertook weekend shutdowns for switchboard works and used temporary air-conditioning while building systems were replaced.

Early subcontractor engagement, procurement planning and site investigations helped reduce delivery risk and support the project’s key milestones.

The completed dealership provides an upgraded environment for staff, customers and the broader Mornington community, with works delivered to support the client’s operational deadline.
