Our team secured the top spot in the Interior Fitouts ($1.5M–$2.5M) category for the Capital Group Sydney Office Relocation. This project was a true collaborative effort, partnering with Cushman & Wakefield and Gensler to deliver a state-of-the-art, Green Star accredited workspace that meets rigorous global standards.
Delivered within a live environment, our team successfully managed complex logistics, including a challenging external façade louvre installation and strict noise restrictions, while minimising disruption. By prioritising value engineering and achieving an early comms room handover, we ensured a seamless relocation for the client.
