Following previous successful collaborations, Reece Group once again engaged Renascent Queensland to deliver a new purpose-built facility in the growing Sunshine Coast corridor. Located at 42 Roys Road, Beerwah, the project involved constructing a tilt panel warehouse with showroom, reception, and storage areas, along with car parking, landscaping, and associated works.
The new branch was designed in line with Reece’s national identity and operational model, providing the client with a future-focused facility in a strategic regional location.
As a repeat delivery partner, our team brought deep familiarity with Reece’s expectations, design language, and programme priorities. This prior knowledge allowed us to hit the ground running, coordinating seamlessly with both the client and their consultants.
With programme certainty a key driver, we built a delivery model focused on early engagement and construction sequencing that enabled internal racking and operational fit-out works to proceed concurrently with our build.
The Reece Beerwah project was delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget. Our proven delivery model, collaborative approach, and resilient on-site performance contributed to another successful outcome for Reece.
As a repeat client, Reece continues to engage Renascent across their network, a testament to the strong working relationship built over multiple projects, and the confidence in our ability to deliver with consistency and quality.
