HSEQ Administrator

What You’ll Do
  • Administer, maintain and update the Integrated HSEQ Management System, including: HSEQ policies, procedures, management plans, registers, forms, records and system workflows
  • Maintain version control, document approval pathways and archival processes.
  • Ensure system documents align with current legislative, client and certification requirements.
  • Administer HSEQ-related systems and platforms including, but not limited to Procore, Bread Crumb, training and competency systems.
  • Set up new projects within company HSEQ systems and ensure correct configuration.
  • Maintain accurate HSEQ records, data integrity and permissions.
  • Prepare and issue routine HSEQ reports, dashboards and metrics for management review.
  • Assist with requirements for tender prequalification.
  • Assist in the upkeep of ISO and OFSC certification
  • Support National HSEQ Manager and HSEQ Advisors with audit preparation and close-out tracking.
  • Maintain 3rd party building/contractor and prequalification management portal requirements like Avetta, Rapid Portal and cm3 etc.
  • Administer HSEQ components of new starter onboarding into company systems.
  • Coordinate HSEQ-related training records in conjunction with HR and HSEQ Advisors.
  • Maintain the calendar, agenda and record minutes for the WHS committee
  • Track actions and ensure records are retained in accordance with governance requirements.

What You’ll Bring
Experience and Education:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (construction related is a bonus)
  • Tertiary qualifications in HSEQ, business administration, quality, or related discipline (desirable)
  • HSEQ management processes and systems including Procure, Sign on Site OR Bread Crumb
  • Demonstrated experience in a system administration, compliance or governance support role.

Skills:
  • Strong administrative and system-based skillset with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent document control, record-keeping and organisational capability.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently within defined governance and escalation pathways.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with project teams, management and external bodies to ensure alignment with HSEQ System goals.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to system improvement and efficiency.
  • Commitment to data accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement.
