University of Melbourne, Alice Hoy Building
This project included the demolition of the existing 2 level, including removal of hazardous materials and subsequent fitout of both floors, with new feature joinery and lighting throughout.
Extensive AV and interactive facilities included blockout requirements for the Ophthalmology teaching department. The project also included installation of a new structural platform for a new large chiller to service all floors and associated pipework. Extensive coordination with the University was required and achieved to safely deliver this project within the live environment.
