Projects Fitout Korn Ferry

Renascent was engaged on a Construction Management basis for the fitout of level 20, 120 Collins St Melbourne for Korn Ferry, who occupied two floors in the building. Level 20 was presented by the landlord in a back to base build condition with only new ceilings and essential services installed. The programme was fast track in nature and included an 8 week build time with a staged handover of the communications room which enabled Korn Ferry to undertake their infrastructure install works prior to handover of the project. The floor layout included new open workstation areas, quiet rooms, meeting rooms, a large breakout area, boardroom, reception/waiting area and training rooms.

The design incorporated high-end finishes including curved glass, curved wall paneling, intricate timber battens and a circular reception desk. One of the major challenges for the project was the existing raised floor which involved detailed coordination between the floor finishes trades to achieve a seamless transition between the different floor finishes.
