Renascent were engaged on a Construction Management basis to deliver the fast paced staged refurbishment project for ESSSuper. The project was undertaken in two stages across three levels and included a full demolition of the existing fitout, and construction of the new office space. Works included a client floor on level 16 which comprised a new reception, seminar rooms, boardroom and interview rooms. Level 14 and 15 involved the construction of a new communications rooms, first aid room, meeting rooms and open plan workstation areas. A key task to this project was the existing grid and tile ceilings which were retained and re-sprayed as part of the works.
