Renascent were engaged by Knight Frank on behalf of Chartered Accountants Melbourne to deliver the Gray Puksand designed, high-end office fitout. Construction works were completed over a 500m2 area. Great consideration was given to the tenants working on levels above and below the works, due to the strict rules and regulations enforced by AMP building management.
The fitout comprised of 3 training rooms, boardroom, meeting and quiet rooms, open plan offices, kitchen, breakout area and tea points. Other works also included, minor demolition and floor grinding, services (mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulics), complex audiovisual and hearing augmentation system, partitions (plasterboard and glazed), ceilings and doors, floor finishes (carpet, vinyl and timber), workstations and loose furniture. The joinery works included feature ceilings and walls throughout breakout areas, waiting rooms and reception.
The project was completed with a high level of finish, with the client moving in and operating on the agreed date.
