CBW

Renascent were engaged by GPT Group on a Lump Sum basis to construct the CBW End of Trip Facility for the use of the tenants in both 181 William Street and the 550 Bourke Street office buildings. The project was constructed in 14 weeks and involved the construction of new female and male amenities, showers, change rooms, bike storage and lobby area within the existing basement carpark.

Works involved the demolition of the existing End of Trip facility including demolition of existing building structure and installation of new blockwork walls, installation of feature lighting, installation of new hydraulic and mechanical services and alterations to existing fire services. Feature floor and wall tiles with glitter grout were installed to the wet areas, and in addition new carpet tiles were installed to the change rooms, and rubber flooring to the bike store. Both the male and female change rooms were fitted out with new lockers, airing cupboards and towel units for tenant use.
