Renascent, engaged by CBRE on behalf of Investa Property Group, to deliver a new 2 staged End of trip facility at 737 Bourke Street. Minor structural works commenced proceedings, as multiple slab cutouts were made to reticulate new sewer piping, followed by engineered slab infills.
Heavily focused on contemporary finishes, considerable joinery laminate, stone and tiling were utilised throughout the project, concluded by stylish toilet partitions and signage.
The client was pleased with the on time completion date and high level of workmanship from the team at Renascent.
