The Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR), approached Renascent for the refurbishment and fitout works of an open floor, for their new Sydney-based headquarters.
The project consisted of upgrades and additions to all tenancy-related base building services, including a new tenancy security/access control system, which ties in with the existing base building system.
Along with works to tenancy services, Renascent delivered a Gray Puksand designed, forward-thinking, office space which is complete with various meeting and quiet rooms, multiple personal office rooms, a fully-furnished breakout area, and a spacious 72-seater boardroom capable of being divided into two separate rooms. Additional works involved open-planned workspace areas which includes a collaboration zone and wellness room, along with ample storage space, taking full advantage of the available floor area.
ONRSR Sydney was delivered on-time and ahead of the planned budget with cost management techniques utilised, allowing our client to realise greater value for money.
