Renascent Constructions was engaged to undertake an upgrade to the existing operating theatres at Maroondah Hospital, Eastern Health facility.

The works involved upgrades of the flooring, wall finishes, replacement doors, electrical, installation of joinery units and relocation of existing services to operational CSSD, operating theatres, corridors and staff room areas.

The project was successfully completed with strict time constraints.
