The Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA) decided to relocate premises and engaged Renascent on a manage + build agreement to construct their new 950m2 office space. The environment was designed and built to meet the change in business culture of the ASFA business, from conventional office to an open plan setting, which now incorporates a mix of open office and shared team spaces.

A large functional staff breakout area incorporating a mixture of banquet and café style seating was included as well as two training rooms that open via operable wall and lead to a large training room with combined audio visual functions, ante space, thirteen meeting and hush rooms, and a boardroom with audio visual and video conference facilities. A high-quality reception area with stone reception desk and veneer joinery incorporating the company logo invites clients into their new space.

The project benefited from the high level of client involvement in the areas of design, financial management and programming. This collaborative approach enabled Renascent to successfully deliver the project on time, on budget and exceed client expectations.
