We are looking for a super star to join our Orange team to ensure the smooth running of the office and provide administrative support to the team.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of day-to-day office activities including:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering phones
- Provision of office supplies and management of facilities
- Coordinating functions and travel
- Providing administrative support to the team – taking minutes, maintaining project files, reconciling expenses.
You will also be an integral part of the “Bid” team, assisting with the preparation of all bid and presentation materials. This requires you to work closely with internal and external teams to gather technical data and information for submissions and ensure we meet our deadlines.
You will:
- Enjoy being busy.
- Be highly organised, diligent and reliable.
- Have the ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines.
- Work autonomously but operate as part of the team.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Experience in a similar support role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Adobe skills (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Drivers Licence (preferable)
