We are currently looking for a Bid Manager to join our Sydney team. Reporting to the General Manager, with the assistance of the Bid Coordinator you will be the central point of contact for all tenders, leading and guiding the resources and work required to complete submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal and external teams to gather technical data and insights required for tender submission.
- Develop tailored written content specifically for each individual bid to ensure it meets the brief.
- Use your advanced InDesign skills to produce high quality, visually engaging presentations that align with our quality brand.
- Meticulously manage the bid process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal including the ability to proof anded it content with high attention to detail.
- Experience in high paced environments across building construction or property.
- AdvancedInDesign skills.
- ExperienceMicrosoft Office Suite
- Highly organised, diligent and reliable.
- Ability to manage and meet multiple non-negotiable deadlines.
