Pinsent Masons Office Fitout - Sydney

In collaboration with Carr Design, Renascent delivered a new office fitout to law firm, Pinsent Masons. The site is situated on Level 32 of ‘The Gateway’, a premium commercial building within the Sydney CBD. Pinsent Mason required a space that reflected their high-end brand and offered high-quality amenities to their staff.

Special care was taken with all material and fixture modifications to deliver this sophisticated space. New timber flooring, carpet finishes, light fixtures, and a combination of mixed material ceilings, create a modern and refined finish to all spaces. All videoconferencing rooms, boardroom and meeting rooms were also treated with echo wall panels to enhance the acoustics of the rooms.

The remaining works of the project included:

• A new front-of-house area, comprising of reception, lockers, storage, and a central office hub
• A new back-of-house area, including new open plan workstations, video conference rooms, ‘Sanctuary’ Rooms, and aserver room
• A new ‘Wellness Studio’.

Through a staged handover, there was a smooth transition of staff returning to the workspace during the various stages of construction.
