McGrath Nicol Office Fitout - Brisbane

McGrath Nichol required a high-end fitout for their Brisbane office to match their company brand.

The Renascent team helped completely rejuvenate the building’s lobby and forecourt, as well as creating an extension for a new café. A technically challenging project, the works included a full strip out of the existing ground floor finishes to the lobby, before its transformation into a modern, high-end space.

Even with tight time constraints and a strict budget, the team knew they couldn’t compromise on quality. To deliver the collaborative and close working relationship necessary to deliver on this, a full-time site manager was employed. Their daily briefs made all the difference, with the project staying on track and relationships strong.
