LCI Design Academy Refurbishment & Fitout - Melbourne

The LCI Design Academy wanted to create a new modern, state-of-the-art, mixed-use learning space for its students. This unique and complex project involved a whole of building refurbishment and fitout to realise their vision.

The project was delivered via a construction management contract with extensive early engagement during the design phase to assist the client meet budget.

The original brick structure occupied an extensive street frontage opening out onto 150 Oxford Street in Collingwood. The project entailed an expansive internal area over four levels including a basement and saw tooth roof over the top floor.
