When Bank of China decided to expand their Sydney operations across three more floors of their Sussex Street office, they engaged Renascent to undertake the fitout works. Having been involved in their 2018 upgrade of the site, Bank of China were confident that the team would deliver the same high standards.
The refurbishment and fitout works of the expansion project included:
- Construction of new built spaces to provide offices, meeting rooms and storage facilities
- Provision of an open plan workspace layout across all floors
- Provision of breakout and tea point spaces throughout
- New toilet facilities inclusive of accessibility provisions
- Dedicated FCRs on each new floor, connecting to the existing DataCentre, located on level 9
- Integration of a minor works package located across several live floors.
Renascent also delivered on the critical requirement of early handover of the Comms Rooms to each floor. This ensured the time-sensitive integration of IT and operations could happen smoothly prior to occupation.
